Knowing about your HealthReach providers and how to access them will provide comfort and the highest level of reimbursement.  Customer Service is your most up-to-date source of participating provider information.  We want to quickly and thoroughly answer your questions and resolve your problems.

Our team of highly trained and dedicated Customer Service Representatives is available to answer your questions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at (614) 566-0056 or (800) 455-4460.  It is our goal to resolve any concerns you have as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
