| OhioHealth Group has created the infrastructure to support its owned networks and products, as well as third party contracts. Together, working through OhioHealth Group, The Medical Group of Ohio and OhioHealth Corporation are contracting with third party payors to improve utilization, quality and/or cost. The integration of physicians and hospitals brings significant efficiencies to OhioHealth Group's customers - the employers who utilize OHG's PPO and Pharmacy Benefit Management products and the third party payors who contract with its physician and hospital network.
